BULPROCAST supplies finish machined components, thanks to the company´s collaboration with certified machine shops.
Stainless Steel & High Manganese Alloys components are usually supplied in small and medium-sized production batches.
From model making to finishing
Many years experience and expertise are important success factors to achieve optimal casting technology .
The casting patterns are made and the casting technique is applied. Adjusments and repair of existing patterns are also part of the range of task.
The hand-made and compacted sand molds are situable for casting individual pieces and small series with a weight of 100 kilograms up to large parts with a liquid weight of up to 6 tons.
Usually we work with chromite sand to lay on the model and quartz sand to fill the mold. The molding boxes are filled using continous mixers , in which the sands are mixeds with resin and hardener.
